How it works

How a FitBoss week works

You set your goal once. After that we plan and cook your meals, and you can still change any of them before cutoff.

  1. Tell us your goal

Lose fat, maintain or build muscle. We work out your calories and protein. If others at home eat with you, they get their own profile on the same login.

  2. We build your week

Every dish comes in chicken, paneer or tofu, at your spice level. We pick the combination that lands on your protein, and you can swap anything before cutoff.

  3. Fresh to your door

Cooked that morning, labelled with its macros and delivered to your door, Monday to Friday.
